1822 Early

New Photos are in! The most beautiful place on earth! At least that is what we have thought these last 13 years. Views of the Bonny Doon ridge, soaring birds, majestic trees, stars and the big dipper from the hot tub, plus so many flowering bushes planted by my gardener husband. It is SO quiet here! This home lives like a single level home with all 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the main level which is easily accessed from the driveway. Downstairs is a large vintage game room complete with pool table and tiki/wet bar which opens onto a large deck for entertaining. Forest Lakes is a close-knit community, great for people of all ages, with lots of fun activities! We have a neighborhood park, summer lake and are a Firewise community to boot! After close to 30 years in south Felton, it is time for us to say good-bye. We have called this house by many names including the party house and the big house, but you may just want to call it HOME. There are many ways in but taking Lakeside to Early is the best route for first-time visitors, though it takes a little longer. This home is NOT a good drive-by as you cannot see all of it from the road. OPEN SAT/SUN 12-3.
